JJ DD Villas is a compact multi-villa development built around three distinct villa types, combining larger private residences with smaller rental-friendly pool villas across a long, narrow tropical site. The scheme explores how a varied villa mix can be arranged along a new internal access road.

Stepped placement, pool terraces, curved roof forms, large glazed openings and tropical landscaping tie the three designs together — a 300 m² three-storey villa, a 275 m² single-level villa and a compact 130 m² pool villa — into a flexible residential development with rental potential and a shared visual identity.
