Set into a steep tropical hillside, Baan Nok unfolds in layers — pool, terrace, mezzanine and rooftop — each one framing a different view of the canopy beyond.

Baan Nok is a private hillside villa in Haad Tien, Koh Phangan, designed around layered tropical living, elevated views, and a soft Mediterranean-inspired architectural language. Set across a 756 m² site, the villa combines approximately 246.3 m² of enclosed and covered living space with a larger total built area of 315.1 m² including rooftop spaces.

The design features four bedrooms, multiple lounge areas, a private swimming pool, open terraces, and a rooftop living deck — with carefully framed internal moments built from arched openings, warm timber, curved forms, planted edges, and an abundance of natural light.
