Haad Yao Villas is a hillside villa development in Haad Yao, Koh Phangan, designed as a private tropical residence with two independent rental apartments. Set across a 1,529.1 m² site, the project pairs a three-bedroom main villa with two self-contained one-bedroom apartments — a flexible layout for private living, guest accommodation, and income-generating stays.

The architecture uses layered terraces, wide roof planes, open pool decks, natural stone, and timber detailing, with large glazed openings framing the surrounding jungle and sea views. Each residence opens onto its own pool terrace, blurring the line between indoor and outdoor living.
