Hin Kong Bay is a compact tropical villa in Hin Kong, Koh Phangan, designed to make the most of a tightly constrained 285.3 m² site within the island’s Green Rural & Agriculture zone. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom residence is arranged over multiple levels, with 320.3 m² of total livable space across the ground floor, first floor and roof terrace.

The design balances privacy, open-air living and efficient site planning through a layered sequence of indoor lounge, exterior kitchen, covered dining terrace, a small private pool and a rooftop deck — with sliding and folding openings dissolving the line between inside and out, and screened garden edges softening the compact site.
