Ten private pool villas threaded across the contours of a steep tropical hillside — a masterplan built around privacy, elevation and long views over the coast.

Invisible Paradise is a hillside villa masterplan in Haad Yao, Koh Phangan, designed around privacy, elevation and low-impact tropical living. Set across a 7,591.1 m² site with roughly 30 m of height change, the scheme positions ten private villas along the natural contours of the land.

The development pairs six 150 m² two-bedroom villas with four 170 m² three-bedroom villas, arranged around a new internal access road that follows the existing topography — maximising privacy, landscape integration and sweeping views across the hillside. Each villa is raised on slim columns to suit the steep terrain, with broad soft-cornered roofs, large sliding openings and a pool terrace oriented toward the view.
