The Sandstone Collection

The Sandstone Collection is a large-scale residential villa development in Baan Nai Suan, Koh Phangan, designed across a 3,202 m² tropical site of eight individual land plots. Conceived as a complete architectural and visualisation package, it pairs site survey and contour analysis, legal boundary studies and land subdivision with multiple bespoke villa types, floorplans, elevations, sections and high-end presentation imagery.

The scheme ranges from compact one-bedroom pool villas to larger luxury residences — among them the named Stargazer and Sandhorse typologies — each shaped to its plot size, terrain level and privacy needs. Plots run from 226.9 m² to 609.6 m² across a 9 m elevation change, threaded along an internal access road that follows the natural contours of the land. Warm render, natural stone and timber, pitched overhanging roofs and planted boundaries give the collection a single, grounded character while letting every villa keep its own identity.
