Villa Peepai

A ten-year-old Thai pavilion villa, brought back to life — new windows and doors, fresh finishes throughout, and a clearer connection between every room, the pool and the gardens around it.

Villa Peepai is a complete renovation of an established Thai-style pool villa on Koh Samui, originally built around ten years ago. The property’s pavilion-style layout and distinctive character were strong from the start, but its finishes, windows, doors and general condition needed a comprehensive update. The renovation focused on modernising the villa without losing what made the original design work — new glazing and doors throughout, complete internal and external redecoration, updated finishes, and a broader programme of repairs across the buildings and grounds.

Arranged as a collection of single-storey pavilions set around landscaped gardens and a large central pool, the villa’s three bedrooms, three bathrooms and principal living pavilion now read as one cohesive, brighter home. The grounds carry the same care — a sauna, traditional pagoda, covered barbecue area, private parking and several distinct outdoor living spaces — combining existing Thai architectural forms with cleaner materials and warmer, more open interiors.
